About You
Degree in Resource Management or other planning related disciplines
A sound knowledge of the Resource Management
3 years plus planning experience either in a local authority of private practice setting
A team player that enjoys sharing their knowledge with others, and collaborating to achieve outcomes
Client focused and results orientated with a strong attention to detail
Tertiary qualifications in planning, resource management or a similar discipline
Up to date knowledge of current and proposed legislation
Strong report writing skills with a focus on clear and concise presentation

About You
They are looking for outstanding individuals with ambition, who possess a strong desire for delivery of quality client solutions, possess a strong technical foundation and enjoy a fast-paced environment.
You will have a planning or environmental science related degree and must be able to demonstrate the following attributes:
Solid understanding of the principles of resource management planning and / or environmental science.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience within a resource management planning / environmental science related field.
A varied background in the types of projects you have under your belt.

Results driven.
Ability to build relationships with a range of stakeholders including business, iwi, District and Regional
Councils and Central Government.
An ability to communicate complex issues in a simple accessible manner.
